Job description

We are in search of a motorcoach driver for our site in Emmitsburg, MD. This position will support on-campus, airport, and medical facility transfers. This position will be part time on-call as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid state Driver’s License and submission of a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Minimum of one year experience operating a shuttle passenger vehicle
• Valid commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement for motor coach position
• Ability to meet Federal and State driving standards
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to interpret maps, directions, and instructions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional, customer service-oriented demeanor at all times
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, bend, reach, climb stairs, and grasp
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English to communicate with students, staff, and guests
• Willingness to follow traffic regulations

Preferred:
