Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead payroll, training, and workforce-support functions for airport services in Dallas. You’ll supervise payroll and training teams, coordinate hiring, onboarding, and badging, and drive improvements in candidate experience and retention.

This role emphasizes data-driven staffing, robust controls, and alignment with operational priorities. A strong background in HR operations, leadership, and aviation/logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Payroll Department and ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing.
• Lead Training Manager and Trainers; align schedules with hiring targets and demand.
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition and Badging to ensure timely onboarding and training.
