Parker Management is seeking an Onboarding and Training Coordinator to create a positive onboarding experience for new hires across Parker’s Kitchen store locations. You will lead orientation, introduce policies, coordinate training activities, and maintain compliance records.

This role requires daily travel to stores, strong Excel and data reporting skills, and the ability to engage diverse learners in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and training experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to travel daily for in-person orientations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct engaging new hire orientation sessions covering history, values, policies, benefits, expectations, and onboarding requirements.
• Communicate orientation and training schedules to new hires with necessary information.
• Process new hires in UKG Pro and verify eligibility through E-Verify.
• Assist onboarding paperwork including payroll, tax, and benefits.
• Manage uniform inventory and distribute items to new hires.
• Ensure completion of all required training materials and activities.
