• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be comfortable traveling occasionally (job fairs, site visits, training).
• Comfort with health screens and HIPAA guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with on-site Talent Acquisition team to track pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screen, I-9, E-Verify).
• Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions and new hire orientation on site.
• Prepare new hire packets and facilitate onboarding documentation and benefits enrollment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and guiding them through onboarding.
• Maintain real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance.
