Location: USA Remote (Ideally East Coast or Central due to timezone and UK collaboration)

About the Role:

The Onboarding & Support Specialist will play a key role in client success by providing exceptional training, support, and onboarding to academic stakeholders, along with expertise in Learning Design. Your higher education experience and passion for transformative learning will help faculty, staff, and students maximize our EdTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design tailored onboarding programs for academic institutions.
  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for faculty and staff.
  • Create clear, user-friendly training materials and resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for onboarding projects, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing challenges.
  • Collect feedback to improve onboarding strategies and product usage.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align client expectations.
  • Stay informed about trends in higher education and online learning to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education roles related to learning and development, instructional design, or training.
  • Familiarity with EdTech tools, LMS platforms, or similar solutions.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, and learning design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Proactive problem-solving and strong project management skills.
  • Passion for education, technology, and supporting others’ success.
