About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist at Teero (remote position), you’ll play a critical role in shaping the experience of dental hygienists as they join our platform. You’ll guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and set up for success every step of the way. This isn’t just a support role – you’ll be the face of Teero for new professionals, building trust and excitement while helping us scale a seamless onboarding experience nationwide. We're Direct About What We're Looking For:

Availability for 20+ hours during evenings, Fridays, and weekends – this is not your typical 9-to-5 job

Comfortable on the phones – you’ll be building meaningful relationships with hygienists

Natural communicators with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

Self-starters who can work independently, stay organized, and consistently deliver results

What You'll Do

Interview, vet, and onboard dental hygienists, guiding them through every step of the process - conducting screening calls to ensure a seamless and positive experience

Build strong rapport with potential professionals, making them feel valued and excited to join Teero.

Process Building

Lead structured discovery in every conversation, uncovering hygienists’ motivations, needs, and goals to deliver a tailored onboarding experience

Contribute to growth efforts by helping us expand in existing markets, explore new territories, and identify promising markets to target next

Refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency and create exceptional experiences as we scale

What You Bring to the Table

Required

Exceptional communication and active listening skills
