Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.
• Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail.
• Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company.
• Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify, meet, and follow through on client needs and requests.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while enjoying teamwork.
• Strict confidentiality with all client and firm matters.
• Required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Pay Information

This position is non‑exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New Jersey. The pay range for this position is $30–$37 per hour, subject to final determination based on qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

Work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds may be required.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older and have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Corient participates in E‑Verify and will provide the federal government with FormI‑9 information to confirm authorization. Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement, which includes post‑employment obligations.
