Job summary

Job description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and building long‑term wealth for high‑net‑worth individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end process of onboarding new clients, from straightforward to the most complex; prepare custodial paperwork to facilitate initial account investment, establish accounts with custodian, and reconcile holdings and cost basis on new and transferred accounts.
  • Provide superior internal and external client service by anticipating client needs, managing expectations, and delivering quality products in a timely manner.
  • Train, mentor, and assist other team members with questions.
  • Develop skill sets to support additional areas of expertise, including Digital Concierge, technology tools, cost‑basis expert, and financial planning.
  • Maintain client accounts, records, and systems in accordance with firm standards.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of internal accounting system with custodians.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries, including the most complex, in a timely manner.
  • Review daily reports and alerts to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and training materials.
  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities; participate in client meetings, including review of account materials for signature and digital concierge.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of work experience in Financial Services; working knowledge of operations in a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Charles Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, DocuSign, Tamarac, Addepar, and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and business writing.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional, personable, tactful, efficient, and self‑motivated.
  • Collaborative, creative, team player, and problem‑solver.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork valued.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, accuracy, service‑mindful, and meticulous adherence to details required.
Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $69,550 - $90,325.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. It may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and to work onsite four days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident; exceptions may be considered based on shortage of qualified candidates.
  • Must be willing to execute the company’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement.
