If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.**Responsibilities*** Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.* Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.* Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail* Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires* Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.* Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.**Qualifications & Requirements*** Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution* Minimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company* Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, (competency or ability to learn quickly)* Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills* Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests* Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a team* Must be confidential with all client and firm matters* This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.*This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
