The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will provide 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers as they learn to use their purchased products through the Learning Management System. You will manage multiple projects and ensure on-time deliverables while guiding internal teams and customers through the Getting Started Journey. Strong communication skills and a comfort with customer-facing work are essential.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey.
  • Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure understanding of learning content.
  • Assist customers with recognizing value in their purchased platform(s).
  • Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey.
  • Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on onboarding best practices
  • Comfort serving as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and goals
  • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Foundational understanding of data migration processes
  • 1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding
  • Experience with Bloomerang products
  • Experience supporting non-profit organizations
  • Experience supporting non-profit CRM solutions

Compensation: Salary range of $40,000 - $55,000, with potential discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.

Location: Permanent, full-time, fully remote. Residents of Indianapolis, IN may work from our headquarters. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not offered at this time.
