Piedmont Airlines is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Salisbury, MD to support HR and Recruiting during the new hire process. The role requires reviewing background qualifications for TSA/DOT compliance and coordinating checks with vendors.

The successful candidate will enter data accurately into Workday HRIS, assist managers with procedures, and conduct audits of I-9 and criminal history records. Some travel may be required.
