Responsibilities

• Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks, including background checks, drug screening registrations, credit checks, fingerprint screenings, and other pre-employment steps.
• Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate onboarding data across systems and records.
• Progress Tracking: Track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and keep onboarding moving smoothly.
• Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners.
• Confidentiality: Protect confidential information and handle sensitive details with discretion.
• Problem-Solving: Step back, assess the big picture, and create a plan when requests feel complex or urgent.
