• First point of reference for day-to-day queries; liaison to related areas.

• Carries out complex, high-profile activities, including direct interactions with committees.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
• May lead projects and/or train lower-level staff.
• Maintains and implements policies and procedures, building area expertise.
