Job summary

RK Industries is seeking an Employee Onboarding Coordinator to drive the 180-Day Employee Success Program across our Denver-area offices. You will partner with managers, HR, and leadership to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience, accountability, and retention from day one through six months.

You will own program standards, monitor effectiveness, and continuously improve resources, materials, and processes to support evolving business needs and safety compliance in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, talent development, employee experience, training, people ops, or related field.
• Experience coordinating or managing a structured onboarding, training, or employee development program with responsibility for execution, documentation, compliance, and outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple milestones and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the organization's new hire onboarding program across departments, roles, and locations.
• Ensure onboarding readiness and completion of milestones during the first 180 days in partnership with managers and HR.
• Coach and support managers in onboarding responsibilities, check-ins, and retention conversations.
• Coordinate buddy, mentor, and cross-functional learning programs to promote integration and culture.
