You will report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations.

What you’ll bring
  • Extensive Operations Experience: Strong background in operational roles with a solid understanding of people operations, including experience in employment and legal contracting.
  • Contract Knowledge: Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents within HR or people management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally in startups or high-growth environments, with a readiness to tackle evolving challenges.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: Collaborative approach with strong ownership; capable of working independently and seeking support proactively when needed.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Business-level English with high clarity in documentation and communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Proficient with collaboration tools and able to learn new systems quickly for asynchronous work.
  • Independent and Collaborative: Able to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced remote team; flexible hours to support global needs.
  • Familiarity with Key Tools: Experience with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar for documentation and communication.
  • Knowledge and Content Management: Skilled at organizing and maintaining knowledge resources for accessibility and accuracy.
  • French or Arabic language skills would be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Onboarding Journey: Manage onboarding for new employees with a focus on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring operational readiness and addressing employee queries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience for clients and employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience to meet evolving needs.
  • Data Expertise: Manage employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Support Compliance Initiatives: Contribute to reporting, audits, and data integrity projects to uphold operational excellence.
  • Drive Automation: Identify and promote automation to streamline onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability.

Salary: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $26,350 — $59,300 USD.
