Step into a pivotal role at Remote, contributing to shaping the future of global employment. As a Specialist in our Onboarding Operations team within EOR Operations, you’ll enhance the onboarding journey for our clients’ new employees across the globe in a collaborative, agile environment.

You will be reporting to the Manager, Onboarding Operations.

What you bring
  • Extensive Operations Experience: Strong background in operational roles with a solid understanding of people operations (experience in employment and legal contracting is key).
  • Contract Knowledge: Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents within HR or people management.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally in startups or high-growth companies, and comfortable with evolving challenges.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: Collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership; able to work independently and seek help when needed.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Business-level English, strong attention to detail and clarity; ability to communicate across diverse audiences. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with collaboration tools for asynchronous work and able to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Independent and Collaborative: Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international team; flexible hours to support global needs.
  • Familiarity with Key Tools: Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar.
  • Knowledge and Content Management: Skilled in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
  • French or Arabic language skills are a bonus
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Onboarding Journey: Manage onboarding for new employees with a focus on compliance and documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire onboarding lifecycle, meet operational requirements, and address employee queries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience for clients and employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek and implement enhancements to onboarding to address evolving needs.
  • Data Expertise: Maintain employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Support Compliance Initiatives: Contribute to reporting, audits, and data integrity projects.
  • Drive Automation: Identify opportunities to automate onboarding processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
