Job Description

As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects.
  • Manage virtual teams tasked with project managing client transformations across operating models, digital, data, regulatory & compliance, and technology.
  • Secure new business and manage existing client relationships and implementations.
  • Provide strategic leadership, ensuring programs are standardized, risk‑adverse, documented with management reporting, and marketed to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies.
  • Manage complex, cross‑functional programs; set and track program milestones and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and key stakeholders; lead change management and communication efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships across business units.
  • Oversee program budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, modernize business processes, and implement new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Coordinate with all relevant teams to capture requirements and document scope with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track projects, progress, status, and deadlines; manage operational risk with monthly reporting to external clients and executive management.
  • Ensure efficient execution and forecasting of work allocation.
  • Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate Citco’s workflows, best practices, and technologies.
  • Assist with RFP and information requests; serve as a stakeholder in the development of new clients/business.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business and offer our products and services.

Qualifications
  • Related degree or professional qualification.
  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting operations and relationship management.
  • 10+ years’ experience in the financial industry and in an external client‑facing role.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Program and Project Management.
  • Proven knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit fund administration.
  • Proven Business Analysis experience.
