What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Sales Teams and Relationship Managers to assess client needs and recommend customized onboarding solutions
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and research to understand plan objectives and participant profiles
  • Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding activities and client interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Financial Representatives to determine effective communication methods for new employees
  • Coordinate the setup and delivery of onboarding resources and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within retirement plans or employee benefits
  • Experience in call center or client-facing environments with a focus on sales or education
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven collaboration abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
