What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with Sales Teams and Relationship Managers to assess client needs and recommend customized onboarding solutions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and research to understand plan objectives and participant profiles
- Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding activities and client interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Financial Representatives to determine effective communication methods for new employees
- Coordinate the setup and delivery of onboarding resources and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within retirement plans or employee benefits
- Experience in call center or client-facing environments with a focus on sales or education
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven collaboration abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Background in training or enablement initiatives
