Avera Majestic Bluffs/Avera Sister James Care Center is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage hiring and onboarding for LTC facilities. You will work closely with applicants, supervisors, and HR to ensure a smooth process, while supervising Administrative staff and upholding Catholic values.
Responsibilities include coordinating start dates, ensuring timely orientation, and maintaining records. CNA certification is required within 1 year; Associate's degree and prior healthcare/clerical

The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.
$19.50 - $25.50
8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Includes On-Call about every 10th weekend.

The Onboarding Coordinator is accountable for coordinating hiring/on-boarding for Avera LTC facilities and works closely with applicants, Neighborhoods and Avera Sacred Heart Human Resources to ensure a seamless process with employee placement and retention. Supervises Administrative Assistants for the facility. Supports the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals. Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship. Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
