Job Summary

The HR Service Center (HRSC) Tier II Onboarding Administration Representative provides customer service and support to candidates, employees, managers, HR staff, and vendors regarding onboarding. Responsibilities include processing background checks, adjudications, pre-adverse actions, candidate confirmations, onboarding retriggers, start date changes, rescinding offers, and more, under supervision. The role involves using systems like Atlas, Taleo, Lawson, and others, and collaborating with various HR and service groups.

Major Responsibilities
  • Address questions from HR representatives and partner groups regarding onboarding and background checks.
  • Support enterprise-wide onboarding activities, including candidate confirmation and background result uploads.
  • Serve as liaison between internal customers and vendors.
  • Update employee position and start date information as requested.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and online, resolving inquiries and routing complex issues.
  • Perform background check and adjudication processes in compliance with policies.
  • Manage multiple priorities, demonstrate results orientation, and utilize strong computer skills.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience required.
  • HR service center experience preferred.
  • This is a remote work-from-home position.
