A premier cruise line provider is seeking an Excursions Director to manage and enhance guest experiences during excursions. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, engaging with guests, and representing the brand on excursions. Candidates preferred to have a Bachelor's in hospitality or related fields, public speaking skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Geography. This position is full-time with a service schedule onboard the ship 7 days a week for 6 to 8 weeks followed by a break.
Qualifications
Must have a strong knowledge of U.S. Geography.
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
Engage guests on excursions and adventures regularly.
Coordinate and confirm logistics with vendors and operators.
Present detailed Excursion Briefings at the start of each cruise.
