Responsibilities

• Conduct vessel food purchases, planning, and cooking meals for crew, students, scientists, and dignitaries.
• Stowage of pantry, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Prepare at least three daily meals for up to 21 individuals.
• Provide menus for dietary restrictions.
• Perform kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties.
