Job summary

gCaptain is seeking an Engine Utilityman (W) to assist in operation and maintenance of engine room machinery aboard a vessel. You will perform repairs on water, sanitary and drainage systems, and conduct rounds to monitor temperatures, pressures and equipment within standard industry practice.

Minimum requirements include US citizenship, 18 years of age or older, USCG MMC with RFPEW, and TWIC or DoD CAC with sufficient expiration.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Minimum age 18.
• USCG MMC with minimum expiration, RFPEW Able Seafarer Engine.
• TWIC or DoD CAC with expiration margin.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain engine room machinery and auxiliary systems.
