A leading seafood processing company is hiring Processors for full-time positions on board the F/T Norther Glacier in Alaska’s Bering Sea. Ideal candidates will have experience in physically demanding roles and will work a rotating schedule year-round. Responsibilities include sorting fish, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality. Benefits include health insurance and a competitive pay structure based on the value of the catch, averaging $4,500-$7,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in a physically demanding position.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or seafood preferred.
• Ability to provide two positive references.

Responsibilities

• Sort fish by species, size, and condition.
• Tend and operate machinery.
• Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, weigh, and label product for freezing.
• Deep clean factory equipment.
• Participate in offloading frozen product.
• Load and unload supplies onto vessel.
