Job summary

Royal Caribbean Cruises, Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking an Entertainment Stage Staff to operate AV equipment, set up and run the ship’s AV systems, and support onboard entertainment programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in theater with a focus on theater technology and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in technical entertainment, including audio and lighting. Candidates with strong audio/lighting skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theater (focus in theater technology).
• At least 2 years’ experience in technical entertainment or theatrical settings, including audio, lighting, stage hand, or backstage work.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in operating audio systems and lighting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AV gear across venues on board.
• Set up, operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, and projection systems.
• Support live music programs, activities, events, and backstage operations.
