Job summary
Royal Caribbean Cruises, Inc. is seeking a Cruise Staff member to join the Entertainment team in Miami. You will organize and lead a variety of activities and tournaments for adults and families on board, and help run AV equipment for events. Prior experience on a high-end cruise ship, resort, or similar venue is valued.
A degree in dance, performing arts, or theater is an asset, and candidates with related experience will be considered for this dynamic on-board role.
Qualifications
- A college or university degree in dance, performing arts, or theater is an advantage.
- Experience in a related role on upscale cruise ships, resorts, or recreational establishments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate entertainment, recreational and social programs for adults and families.
- Coordinate audio visual equipment for events and productions.
- Operate spotlight equipment for productions.
