Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club or full-service restaurant.
• Experience cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Familiar with food safety standards.
• Problem solving, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
• Effective leadership to manage time and team.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef to produce diversified meals for guests using fresh ingredients.
• Organize workload in the kitchen so processes run efficiently.
• Produce high-quality dishes following the established menu.
• Adhere to guests' dietary requests and preferences.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout all stages of preparation.
• Ensure meals are prepared quickly and deliciously while communicating with coworkers.
