This is an electronic document management system Administrator/Developer position. This position plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, and modifies Electronic Content Management (ECM) solutions. This position is responsible for advanced OnBase administration and operational support, including platform and system incident/problem resolution, service and change request processing according to client established service level agreements (SLA), and regular administration tasks and health checks to keep client’s OnBase systems running at optimal performance for our customers. The client’s OnBase platform is hosted on Hyland’s Cloud Offering.
Under general supervision of the Dev, Data and MiddleWare Section Supervisor, this position will provide advanced OnBase Administrator/Developer technical leadership for complex ECM projects, which have a significant impact within client and/or for client’s employers and members. This position performs systems analysis and provides advanced OnBase Administrator/Development services in the planning, development, and implementation of complex ECM projects. This position provides OnBase administration and consulting and performs duties consistent with client’s strategic goals and objectives.
This position proposes, creates, and implements solutions, standards, procedures, and guidelines for utilizing client’s OnBase platforms and systems as part of a coordinated effort with the product owner, technical owner, SMEs, and OnBase Admins. End Users include a wide variety of client professional and supervisory staff, as well as external partners, employers, and members. This includes interaction with personnel in the cleint and throughout client divisions, vendors, client personnel, etc. Work is multitasking in nature, self-initiated and conducted independently.
Follow all client safety guidelines and standards to maintain safe working conditions; report to supervisor all incidents, accidents and near misses that resulted or could have resulted in personal injury or personal injury of a co-worker; wear appropriate personal protective equipment in designated areas; offer safety and health suggestions to co-workers to reduce risk; and attend appropriate safety training sessions, as directed.
