New Home Star, in partnership with Simplicity by Hayden Homes, is hiring New Home Sales Consultants for on-your-lot homes in the I5 Region. You will guide clients through the home building journey, assess land permittability, present designs, explain timelines and costs, and support them from first contact to signed contract.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or customer service, a real estate mindset, strong CRM and presentation skills, and are able to travel locally.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional-level experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Mortgage, construction, and build-on-your-lot real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide stellar customer service and guide customers through the home building/buying journey.
• Meet with potential buyers and explain requirements to build on their lot(s).
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather buildability information from jurisdictions and utilities.
• Ensure accurate documentation in contracts and CRM.
• Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and drive traffic and sales.
• Participate in sales training and team meetings to meet sales goals.
