Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is seeking a Service Professional to safely apply pesticides on the road and build strong relationships with customers. Training is provided; no prior experience required although sales aptitude is a plus.

You will drive a company vehicle, perform extensive inspections, and propose comprehensive service solutions to customers. Candidates should be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Background, MVR, and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift equipment backpack up to 50 lbs.
• Able to complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply pesticides according to company standards, label instructions, and laws.
• Document services performed according to company standards and applicable laws.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment per policy; drive to customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and customers; communicate service plans.
• Assist in sales activities by presenting complete pest control options to customers.
• Respond quickly to customer and office requests.
