Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Transfer Driver to transport equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and repair shops, while performing visual inspections and keeping a driver log. The role supports timely service for customers and requires readiness to work on the road.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to use mobile transfer programs. DOT certification may be sponsored by U-Haul. A $100 hiring bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to use mobile transfer programs.
• DOT certification may be sponsored by U-Haul if required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Lend assistance in additional areas as necessary under supervisor guidance.
