Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service routes around Madison, WI, with weekly reporting to the Milwaukee/New Berlin office. This full-time on-the-road role requires no prior experience and includes training, a sign-on bonus, and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include running daily routes, applying pesticides per laws, maintaining equipment, and keeping detailed treatment records while delivering excellent customer service in a local area.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; we will train you.
• A US driver's license valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
