Essential Duties:

1. Map out your own route and schedule to be prompt to closings.
2. Facilitate the signing of documents, ensuring that all documents are correct and complete.
3. Notarize documents and collect all requested items.

Qualifications:

1. MUST be a U.S. citizen.
2. Must be a notary public or have the ability to become one.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Valid Driver’s license.

Job Requirements:

Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

Compensation: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
