Responsibilities

1. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
2. Confirm appointments with borrowers in advance of closings.
3. Print and prepare closing packages.
4. Meet with borrowers in your home or neutral locations within your coverage area to facilitate real estate closings, including Refinance, HELOC, Purchase, Reverse Mortgages, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Hold a valid Notary License.
• Experience with E&O/Malpractice insurance is recommended but not required.
• Familiarity with legal documents.
• Strong rapport-building and verbal communication skills.
