American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations across Michigan. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods, while managing backroom organization and routes using a company tablet.

The role requires reliability, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Training is provided, with raises over the first year and a flexible schedule around holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to access multiple locations.
• Reliable internet for updates.
• Tech-savvy; able to use a company tablet for training and tasks.
• Must meet scheduling needs around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route; merchandise and organize product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture tasks when needed.
• Plan weekly schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
