Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners seeks a Service Technician – Mobile to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealer-owned equipment, primarily away from the dealership.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, a high school diploma or GED, and 3+ years of service experience; valid driver's license and ability to obtain a forklift license preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in repair of equipment.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to AVE-PLP/JD products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, service, and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned equipment, primarily away from the dealership.
• Follow Technical Manual procedures during maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain contact with customers and Service Manager about work performed.
• Participate in required training to advance technical skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Complete reports and forms for service activities as required.
