Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group, in partnership with PrairieLand Partners, seeks a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair customer and dealer-owned equipment. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires travel away from the dealership.

Candidates should have strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, good communication, and the ability to work in a team. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge applicable to repair of equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to diagnose and repair customer and dealer-owned equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance away from the dealership using proper tools and procedures.
• Follows technical manuals and guidance from Service Manager or senior technicians.
• Maintains contact with customers about work performed and reports results.
• Participates in training to advance skills and knowledge.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
