Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate, On the Floor (OTF) to support process teams with batch review, deviations investigation, and continuous improvement activities. The role requires on‑the‑floor collaboration, GMP/GDP compliance, and strong documentation skills.

The ideal candidate has a science degree and experience with USDA/FDA regulatory requirements, plus proficiency in SAP, Veeva, and Learning One Source. Join a team dedicated to animal health and product quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in science required (Associate or Bachelor).
• Experience with USDA/FDA regulatory requirements in a biological production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant electronic applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve product batch records and related documents.
• Track, report, and define continuous improvement goals; address deviations and CAPA.
• Audit production processes for compliance and update procedures as needed.
• Develop training plans and train/qualify others in GMP/GDP.
• Ensure regulatory inputs for multiple countries are considered.
