The role combines healthcare administration with employee support, including budgeting, invoicing, health promotion programs, and coordination with HR, Safety, and Finance.

Candidates must hold an RN license and have hands-on experience in clinical administration; leadership, communication, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• 1+ year of clinic admin or healthcare management experience.
• Experience budgeting, invoicing, and financial oversight.
• Designing health promotion programs with staff engagement.
• Familiarity with occupational health regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate inter-department communications and health services.
• Lead health promotion events and employee education initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of health records.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Finance; support EMS readiness.
• Supervise medical staff and ensure certifications are up to date.
