Job summary

The Foreman will supervise welders and craft personnel, coordinate work plans, and ensure safety and quality on industrial projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive welding and supervisory experience, can manage costs and timelines, and liaise with clients, inspectors, and project teams to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industrial supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising welders and fabrication teams.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and direct construction work per plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise welders and craft personnel on site.
• Coordinate daily work plans to meet schedules and cost targets.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain daily reports and liaise with Project Manager and inspectors.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans and timelines.
