Job summary

Profound is seeking a Web Designer to shape the online experience of our brand—from the marketing site to product-adjacent surfaces. You will work closely with front-end engineers and the brand team to craft high-quality, on-brand pages and campaigns.

You will own the craft from concept to shipped page, using Figma and AI tools, and contribute to a design system. This on-site role supports growth in NYC or Buenos Aires and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

You have a portfolio with shipped websites and strong craft.
You are fluent in Figma and AI tools, comfortable collaborating with engineers.
You understand web design fundamentals: layout, type, grid, hierarchy, and how they map to code.

Responsibilities

Design and ship marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign sites reflecting Profound's brand.
Collaborate with front-end and design engineers to move work from concept to production, through QA and launch.
Design with real components and constraints, contributing to evolve our web design system.
Prototype interactions and page-level motion with clear handoffs for code.
Own web design end-to-end for key initiatives, including homepage updates and product feature launch pages.
Work with brand and product marketing to translate briefs into high-conversion experiences.
Continuously audit and refine the site for craft and consistency.
Occasionally extend to email, social, and event assets when tied to web campaigns.
