Job summary

Peapack Private Bank & Trust in Bedminster, NJ is seeking a Wealth Compliance Analyst to support the Wealth Compliance team in administering the compliance and risk-management program for our Wealth Management and related entities. The role performs reviews, maintains accurate records, and escalates compliance concerns as part of a collaborative, risk-aware culture.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, legal studies, or a related discipline preferred.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, audit, risk, operations, or compliance preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with client onboarding, KYC/CDD, AML monitoring, trust or estate administration, brokerage operations, or compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct review and disposition of assigned Actimize AML and sanctions-screening alerts in accordance with established procedures and required timeframes.
• Promptly elevate potentially unusual activity to the Wealth Compliance Officer and the BSA Department for further review and disposition.
• Perform assigned compliance testing and monitoring reviews in accordance with approved programs and procedures.
• Document testing results and maintain supporting workpapers; identify potential exceptions or anomalies and elevate them for review.
