Mechanics Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor affiliated with LPL Financial to provide holistic, needs-based financial solutions to clients at our Seattle-area branches. This on-site role emphasizes building trusted relationships and delivering comprehensive brokerage, advisory, and insurance options.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of investment sales experience, hold or be eligible for FINRA licenses, and are motivated to meet sales goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years investment sales experience (preferably in a financial institution).
• Active Life Insurance License, Series 7, Series 63 (if required), Series 65 or 66; registrations must be current or acquired within six months.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions with investment/insurance products.
• Deliver brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Build relationships with branch staff to support cross-selling and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
