Job summary

Fastenal is hiring for a Customer Site Warehouse Support position in Lafayette, IN. This full-time role at our 4101 US 52 S site involves moving product, auditing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following company health, safety and sustainability policies.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and can handle a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a full valid driver's license.
• Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs) and pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer programs and wireless hand held devices.
• Move and handle product accurately.
• Audit and prepare outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area.
• Comply with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participate in activities and programs that support EH&S objectives.
• Learn and practice various environmental health and safety trainings.
