Job summary

Crane is seeking an on-site janitorial associate responsible for cleaning and maintaining various facility areas. You will follow safety guidelines, operate cleaning equipment after training, and support inventory and housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and prior experience in warehouse or janitorial roles, with strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits and on-site work are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written procedures.
• Experience with basic inventory and recordkeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, workspaces, restrooms, and common areas using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Operate powered cleaning equipment after training, including floor scrubbers and sweepers.
• Maintain temperature-controlled areas in line with quality standards.
• Remove trash and recyclables; transport to designated disposal locations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, staging materials; organize storage areas.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; report low stock or discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, and distribute facility supplies; replenish janitorial supplies.
• Conduct routine inspections; report safety hazards and damaged equipment promptly.
• Maintain cleaning logs and required documentation; follow PPE guidelines.
• Support deep cleaning and facility improvement projects as needed.
