Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for on-site work at our Edison, NJ facility. You will oversee all aspects of distribution center operations, supervising managers, staff, and contractors, while ensuring on-time, accurate order processing and inventory control.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety policies, scheduling, payroll support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management and computers (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Help manage, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned.
• Manage on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
• Ensure all employees know and follow warehouse rules, regulations and procedures.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage submission of weekly time sheets for payroll and attendance calendars and employee files.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and contribute to other ongoing needs.
