Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience is required.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, and inventory activities.
• Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse staff to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient work.
• Help assign workloads and set daily priorities based on orders and shipments.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees, and provide coaching to existing staff.
• Ensure products are received, inspected, labeled, stored, and staged to minimize damage.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
