Job summary

Neovia in New Hope, MN is seeking a Warehouse Lead for Shift 1 to supervise daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. You will guide the team to ensure accurate movement of goods and adhere to safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Lead daily inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient movement of products and materials.
• Ensure the accurate shipment and receipt of goods to and from various locations.
• Demonstrate and provide leadership in logistics, supply chain, materials management, and distribution/transportation processes to support business requirements.
• Oversee material handling and warehousing functions, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation processes.

Responsible for overseeing inventory control, material handling, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods throughout the organization.
