Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Warehouse Driver in Springfield, MA to deliver merchandise to customers and support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory handling. You will ensure safe operation of company vehicles, maintain load integrity, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year DOT certification, and a dependable driving record, with heavy lifting and routine vehicle inspections typical of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in driving, warehousing, or related functions.
• Valid state driver’s license, minimum 1-year DOT certification, and insurable driving record.
• Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, on-time delivery to customers, vendors, and branch locations.
• Handles loading/unloading and ensures product accuracy during deliveries.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and routine inspections; follows safety protocols.
• Adheres to all company policies and DOT regulations during transportation.
• Cooperates with warehouse staff to support receiving, shipping, and inventory tasks.
• Maintains professional communication with customers and internal teams.
