Job summary

RectorSeal Earth City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to package and prepare customer orders for parcel shipment. This on-site role runs 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed, supporting daily warehouse operations and quality controls in a clean facility.

The position requires 1–3 years of order-picking experience, familiarity with shipping scanners, and proficiency in English, with basic arithmetic skills. Teamwork and safety are essential in daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recent experience picking and fulfilling orders.
• Familiarity with using shipping scanners.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Able to work independently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Prepare parcel shipments by labeling, scanning, weighing, and verifying shipment information.
• Inspect products and packaging materials for damage, accuracy, and quality concerns prior to shipment.
• Assemble cartons and packaging materials to protect products during transit.
• Apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation accurately.
• Operate parcel shipping systems, scanners, scales, and related equipment.
• Wrap pallets and prepare freight shipments as needed.
• Load and unload parcels, cartons, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain packaging supplies and notify leadership when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support shipping, packaging, and general warehouse operations as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
